The Covid situation in Slovakia is worsening due increasing numbers especially in the north and east of Slovakia. The Bratislava and Malacky districts where there will be competitions are in the orange phase now, which means for sport activities no restriction for vaccinated or a maximum 400 people in the countryside in OTP mode (fully vaccinated, tested or recovered). We are expecting that we can move to the red phase which means for sport activities no restriction for vaccinated or a maximum of 150 people in the countryside in OTP mode ( fully vaccinated, tested or recovered). The worst predicted situation is the burgundy phase which means for sport activities no restriction for vaccinated or a maximum 50 people in the countryside in OTP mode (fully vaccinated, tested or recovered).

The Government does not plan to cancel any sports activities, but the situation can change very quickly and we cannot promise that it will be the same at the end of October. If the infection situation in Slovakia or in any athletes home country changes, the whole event may be cancelled or athletes from specific countries may be rejected from participation. If you are ill or have symptoms of a respiratory infection of any kind you are not allowed to participate.

Competitions will be organized in OTP mode (full vaccinated, tested or recovered). Competitors will be required to complete an affidavit stating that they have been vaccinated, tested or recovered. The detailed Covid protocol will be specified in the instructions.

We believe and looking forward that it will be possible to organize our competition in a planned scope.

Traveling to Slovakia is without problems only for full vaccinated people. We do not recommend traveling any unvaccinated due restriction or mandatory quarantine. There are some exceptions and we try to get an exception for the entry of competitors only on the basis of testing. We will inform you about the result.

You do not need any test for entering Slovakia when you are fully vaccinated (you need only some proof of vaccination and no COVID-like symptoms). You need  register on https://korona.gov.sk/en/ehranica/ and in the case when you fly directly to Bratislava you need also register on https://www.mindop.sk/covid/forms.
